At HaNZ Creations, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how you can return your item.
Returns
- You can return an item within 7 calendar days of receiving it.
- To qualify for a return, you must keep the item unused and in its original condition and packaging.
- For a return, contact us at info@hanzcreations.co.za with your order number, product details, and reason for return. We will guide you on how and where to send the returned item.
Return Shipping
- You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Remember, we don’t refund shipping costs.
- For high-value items, we advise using a trackable shipping service or buying shipping insurance.
Refunds
- We will inspect your returned item upon receipt and notify you about your refund status.
- If we approve your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method. The credit will appear within a specific timeframe, based on your card issuer’s policies.
Exceptions
- Please note, custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for returns due to their unique nature.
